Well first off teen shouldn?t be having sex, so they wouldn?t be having kids.

As for the main question, that would be best left up to a doctor, but since brain tumors are always risky and dangerious and requires a lot of medication and scans. I would think that would not be good for a baby.

If they were physically able to have children before getting the tumour then there should be no reason why they couldn?t with the tumour. Certain treatments that are used to fight cancer can decrease fertility levels for example high doses of radiation but brain tumour treament would probably consist of removal and drug treatment to increase proto-oncogenes and tumour-suppressor or Somatic gene therapy. These shouldn?t have any effect on the germline cells, but a doctor would be able to advise better

Second, teens shouldn?t be having kids, because they really shouldn?t have sex.
Third, I think anybody should have kids, whether they have any disabilities or not.
